Diane’s Perogy Dough

This Pyrohy recipe will yield 20 dozen.

10 cups of white flour

1/2 cup oil (Crisco, Mazola)

1 tsp. baking powder

Up to 3 cups of water (lukewarm)

Combine the flour, oil and baking powder in a bowl. Add the water gradually, continuing to mix until you have a soft dough.

Roll out, cut and fill with your favourite filling.
