Ingredients:
2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
2 stalks celery, finely chopped
1 small onion, finely chopped
1 pound sausage meat
2 cups cooked long grain rice
Salt & pepper, to taste
Method:
Melt the butter in a fry pan and lightly saute the celery and the onion until transparent. Add the sausage meat and continue cooking for about 5 minutes. Add the rice, salt and pepper. Mix well. Allow to cool before stuffing poultry or using with the Turducken recipe.
