Potato Filling

2 cups mashed potatoes

2 Tbsp. oil

salt & pepper, to taste

1/2 Tbsp. onion, chopped fine

Saute the onion in the oil. Season with the salt and pepper, and add to the potatoes.

Mix well. Allow to cool slightly before using.

Note:  Taste the filling and adjust as needed. The more flavour, the tastier the pyrohy after cooking.
