2 cups fine bread crumbs
2 Tbsp. butter, melted
1 small onion, finely chopped
1 cup dried or fresh cranberry, coarsely chopped
1/2 – 1 cup stock or water
Salt & pepper, to taste
Put the bread crumbs into a bowl and stir in the melted butter. Add the chopped onion and cranberry into the bread crumb mixture and mix well.
Beat the egg slightly and mix into the bread crumbs. Add the stock or water slowly ensuring that the mixture is moist but still has a firm consistency.
