My blog started out as a basic “growing-up and being a Ukrainian” theme, but as you can see, it has evolved and has many recipes.
In a way, that is very Ukrainian. Have you ever been to a Ukrainian home for lunch or dinner? If you have, then you know that no one ever leaves hungry !
I have posted a few of the traditional techniques about recipes and I have started to add thoughts about cultural traditions. However after receiving comments from many of you, I have switched gears just a bit.
This next set of pages are everyday-type of recipes. My family and friends often request these, especially for special occasions. The Melt-in-your-Mouth cinnamon buns are requested at least once a month. Try them with whipped cream cheese icing!
I call them my delicious but “Not So Traditional Foods” !
