Wondering what to do with the left-over French Fries that you had for dinner last night? Try out my recipe using only 3 ingredients. Enjoy!
Ingredients:
1 cup left-over French fries (or use up all fries!!!!!)
2 large eggs, well beaten (increase the number of eggs if you have a lot of left-over fries)
1 teaspoon oil or margarine
Directions:
Take those left-over french fries out of the fridge and cut or dice into very small pieces.
Spray a small pan with cooking spray such as Pam (or you can melt a teaspoon of margarine). Pan fry the chopped up fries on a medium temperature.
Break 2 eggs into a bowl and mix until well blended. When the fries turn a light golden colour, slowly pour the eggs over the fries.
Cook for approximately 5 minutes on a low temperature and then turn over the mixture using a spatula, and cook for a further 5 minutes.
That’s it! Left-over fries are gone and they are delicious!
